Context

Eight years of Near East Relief Executive Committee minutes spanning the founding of the Near East Foundation in 1930 and the gradual wind-down of Near East Relief’s emergency operations through 1936. Although the Near East Foundation became the organization’s operating successor in 1930, the Near East Relief charter and its Executive Committee continued in parallel during this transitional period.
