The second volume of Near East Relief Conservation Committee minutes, concluding with the formal incorporation of the Near East Foundation on February 21, 1930. Together with the committee’s final meetings, the volume preserves the First Meeting of the Incorporators, the original Certificate of Incorporation, the by-laws, and the Foundation’s Statement of Purpose and Program — documenting the moment Near East Relief’s mission was reconstituted for long-term work.
