Near East Relief: A Review for the Year Ending December 31, 1921

Context

Annual report submitted to Congress pursuant to Section 8 of the NER Congressional Charter (1919), which required a yearly accounting of proceedings, officers, and all receipts and expenditures. The 1921 report covers NER operations during one of its most active years, including orphanage management, refugee relief, and the beginning of reconstruction work across Turkey, the Caucasus, Syria, and Greece.
